Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging

- Our team will provide instructions on how to ship your item back
Return Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping & Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
- For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale, personalized, or custom-made items are not eligible for return
